Richard Buckner is the host of The FTA Show, he said on an October 16, 2009 airing of his radio show that a P4 D1 Hack is locally selling cards, fully open and will marry to any receiver $100.00 per card.

He also added that he and two other people went to a hackers home and Lo and behold N3 is working.

Mr. Buckner had earlier this year reported of a Nagravision 3 hack on his 'FTA Show' raising excitement and speculation throughout the satellite television Free to Air community. This was when the implementation of the Nagravision 3 encryption was in full gear by Dish Network. Bell having already completed the changeover to N3 months prior.

Mr. Buckner's most recent comments have received mixed reviews. Due to the nature in which he presented the story. Which came across as lacking in concrete evidence, and verging on a spy novel.

Richard Buckner has a good reputation in the satellite hobbyist community and many people trust his opinion and what he has to say. Buckner has rarely disappointed his listeners with misguided thoughts and words, so what he had to say about a N3 hack should be taken for what he himself thought it was, 'THE NEWS'.

Mr. Buckner felt he had an obligation to report this matter, though he does not endorse in any way, the misuse of decoding the Nagra 3 encryption implimented by satellite television provider Dish Network and the Canadian provider Bell.

The FTA Show can be found at: Satellite: Galaxy 19, Band: Ku - Transponder: 23, Polarity: Vertical (V) - Frequency: 12115, Symbol Rate: 22425, FEC: 3/4
