Proclaimed as Europe’s largest zoological and botanical garden, visitors can also marvel at the 5000 plant species and Europe's largest magnolia plantation while the Demonstration Farm, and the Young Animal Rearing Facility are firm favorites among seasoned guests. After a busy day of sightseeing, guests can feast on scrumptious snacks and meals available at the Wilhelma restaurant conveniently located next to the Wlhelma Theatre. The Restaurant am Schaubauernhof with its fun filled kiddies section is also on-site on addition to the quaint Bistro Belvedere which serves light meals. Avid shoppers will also be delighted with the new Wilhelma Shop and three kiosks where colorful Wilhelma merchandise such as postcards, t-shirts, games and soft toys are available. The Wilhelma School is also on hand to offer guided tours for those with a keen interest in botany, zoology and history.
