Advanced Magnetic Memory

Introduction to advanced memory development techniques that will bring you enormous professional success and recognition.

By: Dr. Johnson C. Philip
Practically anyone can develop a magnetic memory, provided he has the determination to do so. The concepts are not difficult to make it rocket science and the work is not tough to make you climb the Himalayas. So what is needed is only commitment.

If you have not already read You Can Have a Magnetic Memory (part 1) and You Can Have a Magnetic Memory (part 2), you should definitely read them. They are available under my name on this website, and will give you the essential background. Once you read them and once you follow the very easy steps mentioned there, you will find it easy for the first time to remember names, faces, and places.

While your attainment of remembering names, faces, and places and to recall them instantly will amaze people, this is only the beginning. You can now go to higher levels of memorization, but with the same ease as before, for attaining professional excellence, social acceptance, and wide influence in the society. Here is the strategy:

Make a list of things that would help you impress others in your profession. This might include production statistics, names of products, geographical information, book names or book summaries. For example, in my profession, laws of physics are very important. One does not deal with all these laws in study, teaching, or in research, but just knowing the laws creates sensation amount physicists when a discussion is going on. I participate in a number of conferences and symposia for experts in physics. A broad (but not necessarily deep) knowledge of the laws creates a tremendous impression and appeal wherever I attend a meeting of physicists.

Similar effect can be seen in any professional, business, or other field where one has to deal with people. Just imagine a medical doctor who has a command over disease names, a businessman who can easily identify his customers and the items sold to them, an electrician who can identify complex circuitry, or a minister who quote from the Bible without a second thought. Sky is the limit for such men who have information at their fingertips.

This looks difficult, but it is not. If you are willing to carry a small diary in which you jot down all important info as your see it, and if you are willing to browse through it whenever you are free, you will be able to amaze others. The trick is in identifying what is relevant to you, rejecting the rest, and committing it to memory in small and effortless steps over a period of time.

Pick up a small diary and start it TODAY itself. Soon you will touch the sky!!
